Yeah well I guess I saw it coming as I admittedly did post that it seemed like one of the main obvious 'risks' due to cashflow being one of the issues I could see while I was mulling over buying. Just a bit annoying that barely after settlement it happened and retailers didn't exactly get an option.
Money for expansion is better than some dodgy miner endlessly raising until they go bankrupt at least.
