As far as I can tell ( and I think the company should explain things clearly and simply to us) the problem is not with the native title holders but with the fact that native title has not been granted to the applicants as yet. When native title is conferred the project can fire up. I asume appropriate deals will be in place with the future title holders. I'm happy to be corrected here. RIVANDA
