"As we approach the release of our FY2024 full-year results next month, I wanted to provide an operational update on some of the exciting developments at Straker.

The first four months of calendar 2024 have been a strong start for the company. Our new technology releases and positive customer validation on product-market fit are encouraging signs of growth ahead.

Despite the perceived impact of AI on the translation industry, we're seeing continued high demand for expert-verified translations from thousands of companies worldwide. Our AI Verify product is gaining traction as the way to translate using AI, and our Slack interface for translation is gaining popularity.

FY2024 Strategy Update
Our FY2024 strategy focused on three key areas:

1. Digital Transformation and AI Investment: Our AI Cloud platform is now integrated with workplace apps like Slack, making it easier for customers to use our services without needing to learn a new system.
   Our VERIFY product is leading in the industry in AI enhanced translation.
2. Partnerships and Alliances for Channel Growth: We've signed a global agreement with IBM, allowing us to build AI-based solutions that can be sold through their sales teams. This partnership has already led to the development of an AI Gap Analysis and Compliance tool and a significant project with IBM Japan underway.
   We have also partnered with Microsoft to enable the daily translation of New Zealand's largest online newspaper into te reo Māori. This has led to us working with the Microsoft team on several other opportunities.
3. Cost Efficiency and Cash Generation: We've continued to focus on operating expenses, gross margin, and gaining efficiencies through internal deployment of AI-enhanced systems.
