Appreciate your comment. Understand the value of STL. However like I said event horizon looks iffy and can see that from depth and buy/ sells that there is churn/ accumulation, which the longer it goes on for weakens integrity of SP. I dont see how this will be overcome short to medium term, say over next 2 years. Even divs will not see a sustainable rise. STL will come through of course, but hopefully I will e around at the time and not too old to enjoy reaping the rewards. As you say maybe overseas buyers might put a firecracker but I am not putting my eggs in that basket
