    How about they are raising debt to launch a takeover bid for Crown Casino....Why sell your products to the casino when you can own it!!

    But in all seriousness, the debt facility they currently have is not optimal and quite expensive, so it appears they may be addressing this with something more appropriate as they have intimated they would be doing in past references....
