Could have just been a reaction to an article like this.

To me, it looks like this sort of move by the banks could bode well for STL, given that TZ has acknowledged an attempt to position STL as ready/willing for the possibility of the banks "outsourcing" their expensive and duplicated ATM's, especially regional. IMO.
