The ACT is a high cost low service jurisdiction, Greens led Labor Govt on just about everything. On its so called heartland, continual failings on health and education, the former worsening since self Govt in 1989, no interest from Labor leaders, only interested in green woke left causes eg flu vaccination, not free here commands the local heath minister, go across the border to Queanbeyan NSW if you want real health care by Govt. No John Curtin types in ACT labor just flunkies for the Greens and its climate change apostles.
