What a croc. The 50MW tesla battery in South Australia cost the state $100 million US with a 7-10 year lifespan.
Its use is miniscule to the eastern grid.Battery storage has a long way to go before becoming economically viable. Hydro requires height and water volume because potential energy equals mass times gravity times height.

Yes solar and wind are here but what is the most economically viable to cover for dips. Gas!!!
When are these f%#king greens realise money doesn't grow on trees and the biggest consideration before projects get signed off is COST!
