Having Justice Bromberg to hear the case was a great bonus for the Tiwi Islanders.
He is an active left wing union supporter and if you Google comments you find he was on the Bolt case for Aboriginals being offended. Commentary also alluded to the Toyota case where the decision by "Justice Mordecai ''Mordy'' Bromberg of the Federal Court of Australia probably signed the death warrant of the Australian vehicle manufacturing industry last Thursday when he helped ensure that Toyota Australia, with its costly work culture, has no future as a manufacturer here.."
Hopefully an appeal will not be heard by him.
