Interesting point. The numbers are given below. Depending which number to look at, but the two are very close in size right now by any measures except for the SP. STO is undervalued by far.
WPL: sales revenue of $738 million and production of 17.3 MMboe.
STO: sales revenue of $959 million (own product $712m) and production of 18.6 MMboe (own product p17.1/s17.9)
