How bout they use the PNG LNG valuation. The sale ( well part paid for sale so far 1,6%) equates that alone to 22 billion bucks !!!! and STO only trading at "25 billion??? Obviously the rest of STO is worth more than 3 billion. Just shows the uplift value that OSH PNG assets has come across with. Dont forget Alaska as well- must be for free?
I haven't even checked is PNG LNG numbers were in USD so that is another 30% uplift??
Stuff woodside IMO - STO if it keeps its cap spending all on productive asset within 2 years STO will be in a much better position in every country than WDS as STO projects are all maturing to point of throwing off gas and cash at very low risk in lower quartile of costs
