Stonehenge Metals (ASX:SHE) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Stonehenge requested the halt pending details of a capital raising and restructure of existing debt.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 15th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
