Structural Systems Limited (ASX:STS) has appointed a new chairman and managing director. 

 

Mr Peter McMorrow will become Chairman of the geotechnical services company on 30 June when Mr Bob Freedman steps down.

 

David Macgeorge will become Managing Director.

 

As part of the announcement the board confirmed the company’s full year profit forecast of between $6.7 million and $7.5 million.

 

Structural Systems reported a net profit of $2.5 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
