- Announce an underwritten one (1) for fourteen (14) nonrenounceable pro rata rights issue at an issue price of $0.07 per new strike share
- Proceeds of rights issue will be used to fund continued field operations and commercial initiatives
- Issue to raise up to approximately $4.5 million
