Although todays announcement had no effect on the share price in my eyes its a thumbs up for Suda. As stated in the summary from PIA
the CAB will consist of two leading headache specialists. By attracting people of this calibre it is an endorsement for the company to move forward. I doubt very much they would be prepared to waste their time or want their names associated with a company or a product that was going nowhere.
