Aug 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:
** Japan's SoftBank Group 9984.T will likely sell shares in Indian food delivery firm Zomato ZOMT.NS as the lock-in for investors post the company's acquisition of Blinkit ends on Aug. 25, CNBC-TV18 reported on Friday, citing sources.
** ANZ Group (ANZ) and Suncorp Group (SUN) said on Friday that they have filed separate applications to seek a tribunal review after Australia's competition regulator recently blocked ANZ's $3.2 billion buyout of Suncorp's banking arm.
** India's Reliance Industries RELI.NS is likely to sell an additional 8%-10% stake in its retail arm Reliance Retail Ventures to fund expansion, retire debt and prepare for a public listing of the conglomerate's retail business, the Economic Times reported on Friday.
** Shares in Malaysian conglomerate Sime Darby SIME.KL opened about 5% higher on Friday, a day after it disclosed plans to buy a majority stake in local industrial group UMW Holdings UMWS.KL for 3.57 billion ringgit ($768.24 million).
** Private equity firm PAG said on Friday it is buying hotels chain Australian Venue Co (AVC) from rival KKR & Co Inc KKR.N , in a deal that, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the transaction, is worth more than A$1.4 billion ($898 million).
