SUN is experiencing serious dislocations in confidence in the Chair Christine McLoughlin and her disastrous almost firesale decision to sell the banking division to ANZ for only $4.9 billion AUD, what a fire sale price.
Is SUN in serious financial trouble again, why would you avoid selling the division to BOQ or BEN who would give a much higher price and not have the ACCC issues?
If there is not a capital problem at SUN, it is bizarre beyond belief.
