Extremely disappointed with AAMi (Suncorp) today - we had a ceiling destroyed by a water leak and carpet damage last Tuesday and as the ceiling was falling down and partly removed it was quickly made safe by an expert external contract team working for AAMI - really well done and made safe within 4 hours of our initial contact.
Since then everything has turned to rubbish ...... can't talk to anyone .....was on a chat line on the computer for 35 minutes (today Monday) to follow up the progress of the claim with no result other than in the end they gave me a 1300 telphone number to call and that took a further 45 minutes to be answered and then they couldn't help - said someone should get back to me within a day or two ...... and then wished me a pleasant day !!
Maybe if they spent less on advertising and more dollars on staff numbers customers might get some better service..... and I'm a SUN shareholder !!
