Thank you for that very considered perspective. I was going over the IPC determination and statement of reasons for their decision - link at the end. At 50 pages in length, the IPC goes into detail about all aspects of the project and what their thinking and considerations were in arriving at their decision. And even the 500 kV powerline realignment gets mentioned several times as was an amendment to the project (which went through DPE and their process of public consultation as well) so the Lue Action Group want to argue that it wasn't 'adequately considered' - it was probably one of the most minor aspects of the project, yet they're going for this probably because they can't see enough written words in the document that the IPC give it a close look even though there was correspondence between IPC and DPE in early Feb requesting clarification about some matters related to the powerlines. I hope the judicial review throws out this trash quickly and sends the bill to the Lue Action Group.
