    • TO CONDUCT ON-MARKET SHARE BUY BACK PROGRAM OF UP TO 10% OF CO'S ORDINARY SHARES COMMENCING ON 19 OCT
    • WILL CONTINUE TO ASSESS MERITS OF THIS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PLAN AS MARKET CONDITIONS EVOLVE
