    June 16 (Reuters) - Seymour Whyte Ltd (SWL)

    • Vinci confirmed that it is seeking to progress potential control transaction on key indicative commercial terms agreed with seymour whyte
    • Refers to non-binding and conditional proposal from vinci construction international network
    • Vinci requested an extension to exclusivity period to agree a binding scheme implementation agreement on mutually acceptable terms
    • Has agreed that exclusivity arrangements will remain in place until midnight AEST 23 June 2017
