Read through the lines. Clearly this company was shopped around for months and VINCI either put the most acceptable or highest bid in versus the other buyers. No way in gods name that the Board would go exclusive without shopping for tension. Clearly the other firms saw the skeletons earlier than VINCI who are now digging deeper by the day.
