    It could be just "technical", as it has just broken through resistance around $0.90. Since the Under the Radar recommendation a few weeks ago, I had an alert set up to let me know when it reached this level, and I have just become a SWL shareholder this afternoon. Some others have probably done the same. If there is good news in the pipeline, then that's even better!
