    Winning work is easy. You just have to be the cheapest. The hard bit is to earn a profit out of the job. 4 loss making jobs. There is your problem. Us punters have no idea what time bombs contracting companies are sitting on. This idea that" expanding into new markets " is somehow good for contracting companies is a myth. It just ramps up risk.
