They are in a sound financial position and the hard times in the construction industry could be about to turn for the better. I like management who appear disciplined and swl is disciplined. Cash flow is strong and there is a funding surplus. There move into the stronger economies of NSW and Victoria should underpin their future growth. This is a stock for the longer term.
