Also at interest rates so low there is so much cash out there to lend that they will start paying you to take it, just saying ofcouse no lender is going to lend at high risk, and thats why the lenders are comfortable with what SWM is doing to teduce debt, and once SWM proves to be on track then the lenders will extend and posibly lend more foe mergers aquicitions bolt ons etc,
