Who says further expansion would be funded by equity? They said today in the conference call they are looking at different options for financing. Remember the previous announcement where eig were potentially also going to make large amounts of debt funding available. If they can prove the reserves and secure debt funding at a competitive rate, then that could be better than equity going forward. Will have to wait and see - to my mind this stock is only looking brighter.
