anything that is cheap enough is worth something! I m not going to sugar coat it, it is bad at best and my recent batches come to -28%. I still want to buy if this go below 2 and betting on the project is only delay NOT scraped. What is worst is next time they tell u it is still ok but u have sold. ha! tricky
