Icetea, you are absolutely correct that delays are normal. The company trying its best to mitigate the delays is also normal. I wonder what is its strategy now? I note SYA has another community consultation scheduled for August. Maybe the community, and government, could be fully convinced at that meeting that the environmental work done by SYA is sound and therefore no need for a BAPE? SYA should have the expertise to prepared for that in one month.
