If management can ramp up to spec by July I will be one of the first to praise them as history suggests that will take some doing. in my opinion they were very conservative in their timeframe to reach commissioning stage, I think having learnt the lesson of missing other timeframes given. For that reason I'm hopeful that the new timeframes for reports, drill results and commissioning are on the conservative side.
