I’m ok with it. A small 17% discount for a lot more benefit and value in return. I’d rather this than the retail market trying to flip shares for a quick buck and distrusting the value to LTH’s.
Wouldn’t think Sophisticated Investors are look at flipping but rather seeing the future value.
