Consider that the game Australia has chosen is to close itself off from the rest of the world.

The rest of the world is gaining exposure to this virus and stumbling through it. This comes can great human cost and I’m not arguing that this is the better option. But it absolutely puts us at odds with all the other countries that have not been able to contain this virus as when ever we reopen our international boarders we risk setting us right back to March. Which we will never do.

So when do people seriously think SYD will reopen again?

it will be years.
