Well the timing of the offer is very interesting.
When sydney is closed to doing anything they have revised their offer. If everything was up and running around sydney would they have still been low balling?
When international travel finally does open this thing should be $10+ SP and it doesnt appear they have cashflow issues or need the money, so why sell? Laugh them off.
