How did you come to that conclusion? When you factor in the debt it has it's hardly cheap at $8.75 which it's being bought for. It's more expensive than it was pre-pandemic when you factor in the shares on the registry. Also when you consider China will be keeping its border closed for a lot longer we won't see demand coming back to where it was for quite a while.

Not following the logic at all.

The strategic value of Sydney Airport is off the charts.....this a low ball, successful [Covid driven] opportunist bid! Great for SAA, not so for SYD.....but such is life!
