    Thanks for your un-needed lecture on the values of investing in real estate

    If you had taken the time to READ what I had posted you would now that I had already stated that returns maintained at a rate of a few percent above inflation and real wage growth would be an ideal win win situation

    In other words for your benefit real estate would still be a good investment and housing would remain affordable. Having said that it is not an investment I would be entering anytime in the near future.

    as for this bit you posted

    Clearly you have not read what many of the property permabulls here have posted either

    Despite property values going up of the last 6 or so years at times up to 3 plus times their original value, well above the historical rate of a bit above the inflation rate, these greed blinded bulls think the gians are going to continue.

    Their reasoning

    there is the supply and demand

    and we will just keep putting rents up

    BLAH BLAH BLAH
