BB I have had some sympathy for your point of view based on the assumption that you speak from a strong moral position.
That assumption just got shattered since you say you speculate in areas that provide nothing to help those poor people that you claim to support.
Trading in art, gold and being one of those mysterious 'sophisticated investors' who fund various companies makes your position against investors in real estate implausible nonsense.
Switch your investments to sound renewable energy and grow your veggies or something equally worthwhile in this polluted world and then return to your quest, otherwise give it a rest. You just shot your credibility to bits.
