I got out after their last results, after holding for three or four years.
They have been talking up growth for three years now, but the results have not shown that, at least to my way of thinking.
The transition to SaaS/subscription seems to be working, but they have not yet completed the process, so margin rises, but not overall revenue due to one time licensing falling.
They also need to prove that they can export the Australian model to their target markets in Asia (initially Singapore), and the jury remains out on that front I think.
