The key is Vidalia. Everything Vidalia producers, SYR will sell. The US Govt will insist on it which is why I'm not concerned about the other 3kt. They have loans, grants and tax breaks to use as a persuader. Besides there is no rush. It will take some time to calibrate all the mills.
Securing the cash for the 45kt expansion will pop the SP to new highs given SYR will have derisked their ability to deliver via the 11.25kt expansion.
