Copperhound who are you talking to. SYS is a zombie company. Their board didnt even know that if they bought Jumbuck it would have to go to a vote by TYX shareholders. SYS board then thought they could get Jumbuck by posting the lowest bid. (guys its not a Dutch auction). Honestly the TYX board is poor quality but the SYS board are worse. Theres going to be a TYX shareholder vote and that vote will tell SYS to stick their offer where the sun dont shine. Position not held, Sentiment whouldnt sell SYS a sandwich.
