It would be interesting to hear from one with some knowledge of demergers.
You would think if the business is split would the TAH share price then go down as only part of the business would remain?
Would the other part of the business be sold for cash or new shares issued for the new business?
What would happen to the cash, would be paid out as divides to shareholders or absorbed into TAH for further investment and give the board of director a paid increase and new cars
It would be interesting to hear from one with some knowledge of...
