Talga unfortunately. TCL was owned by Teck and registered as a subsidiary which is a different thing. These tenements were purchased after the aquistion and needs to be registered in TLG's name.
Whether it means a new entity or a change of ownership
registration doesnt change the fact that work permits
cannot be granted before its complete. It could be the
delay factor which probably will be sorted before the
winter season kicks in. SCR which was taken over
by Hannahs did drill around Kiruna in winter but
took them a long time to convert their resource to JORC
From memory near 1.5 years in fact. Recently another
oz explorer also converted into NI-43-101 whick took a
long time.
dont think TLG will encounter many problems in Sweden
with the company registration.
the latest capital raising does not appear on the last 5b
as well as issued shares is not correct. I reckon Talga
has about 3 million in cash which will take them into
jun/jul next year.
