    Looks like Risco may be revising their 7c bid to buy out Tap Oil. What may they be offering? Tap Oil has been delivering positive operating cash flow and is not debt free. Current market cap is $37m with some A$20m cash reserves. Existing assets worth less than $20m? Hmmmmm
