- Proposed disposal of main undertaking & capital raising
- Says Taruga and aim-listed explorer, Kodal Minerals PLC have entered into a conditional share sale agreement
- Post completion of transaction the company intends to raise A$1.2 million by way of a placement
- Says co to sell 100% of its interest in International Goldfields (Bermuda) Limited to Kodal Minerals PLC
