That is not what I have read. It may have a UK licence and a licence of sorts in the US but it does not have a licence issued by the NT.
Announcement 12 April 2017:
"The Board of TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX:TBH) (“TopBetta” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Northern Territory Racing Commission (“NTRC”) have approved a revised agreement between TopBetta Pty Ltd and Global Tote Ltd (“Agreement”). The Agreement will allow TopBetta Pty Ltd to offer the Global Tote Odds Service to its customers and utilize the Global Tote IP and Logos."
It is an "agreement", not a licence issued to GT.
Or is the announcement incorrect?
This is a list of acts administered by the NT Department of the Attorney-General and Justice. Under which act is the totalisator licence issued? Damned if I can find one.
