June 23 (Reuters) - Australia's Tamboran Resources (TBN) said on Friday it had signed two non-binding agreements with units of BP BP.L and Shell SHEL.L for an annual supply of 4.4 million metric tons liquefied natural gas from its proposed Northern Territory LNG (NTLNG) project.
