The SE always seems to need work done on it especially on the weekend and the speed limit turns into 40kmh. Nobody avoids it and they still charge full price.
I disagree on the state governments. They don't have $10-15B to drop on a road and rail at the same time. The federal government always does, but doesn't because they're fooled into believing their own propaganda on debt and deficit. The federal has to answer for it.
