re: News: Telstra awaits ACCC decision on Ada... I agree,but tls said they would set up a "jetstar"network from scratch if necessary.
The bigger concern for me is this april spectrum auction.I'm sure telstra understands the politics involved ,but if it pays 3 billion for this spectrum i would expect some very strong "conditions" to be included to protect teltra's investment and make the purchase commercial.
In other words telstra pays billions for spectrum then ACCC says ok now you must wholesale your 4g network to vodafone ,iinet etc.
In vodafones case ,one of the world's largest telco's are already asking accc to declare tls 4g network,and thats before the auction.The same auction they have said they wont participate in.
Unbelievable.
