    SYDNEY, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Creditors of Australian broadcaster Ten Network Holdings Ltd (TEN) voted in favour of a takeover bid from CBS Corp CBS.N on Tuesday, a spokesman for Ten's administrator said.

    CBS won support from creditors both in value terms and by number, said Michael Smith, a spokesman for administrators KordaMentha.
