    It did not suit the agenda to include long suffering shareholders in the turnaround story.

    This looks like it was flagged to occur a long long time ago.

    Previously shareholders would be tapped on an annual basis. This time they want it for themselves so they have facilitated a fake VA to obtain full control without fair consideration.
