I cant reconcile this. The announcement said that Fosters was the Lead Broker in managing this placement at 3c, yet they value ( on Nov 2, 2016) the company at a very substantially higher share price in next couple of years at 8.3 c upto 15c depending on risk profiles. So I reckon the placement was at a far too far a Cheap Charlie price Net result we existing shareholders have been diluted, and now 133 million shares issued well below the past few months average price. My estimation of management has gone down appreciably. Quick cash grab by the company at giveaway prices. Lets hope shareholders ( only) directly benefit from any future giveaways
